www.crazywin.com (the “Website”) is operated by Sweepfactory LLC, registered under the laws of the state of Delaware under No. 10061076 at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle, 19808, Delaware (the “Company”).

The Website is intended for amusement purposes only.

This Responsible Gameplay Policy (the “Policy”) describes the control tools, information and resources available to Website users.

The Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions (T&C).

This Policy can be amended or updated by the Company at any time, in which case the Company will publish a notice and will update the version of this Policy on the Website.

The Company aims to keep users informed on any changes related to the use of the Website but it is a user's responsibility to make themselves aware of any changes to the Policy. It is a user's responsibility to make themselves aware of this Policy and a user agrees that continued use of the Website shall mean that the terms of this Policy are fully accepted and a user agrees to be bound by the Policy. The Company encourages users of the Website to play responsibly and be fully aware of potential risks that can be associated with computer gameplay. To ensure that you continue to enjoy safe and manageable play, we fully support responsible gameplay and outline gameplay tools that are available to every user. The Company reserves the right to activate any of the measures mentioned in this policy unilaterally.

1. Controlled play

1.1. The Company encourages Website users to control the time that is devoted to play by setting limits on play and reminders on the chosen limitations.

1.2. The Website permits the user to limit on how much time a user wants to play and the specific game features that can be limited or restricted. Such limits can be set on a basis that the user prefers (i.e., every hour, every day, month, etc.), however, we encourage Website users to always set limits on play.

1.3. The Website user account allows a user to track history of their play. We encourage users to check on how much time they dedicate to the play and set limits especially when the history shows that the play time is increasing.

1.4. A user can request the Website to set a limit of purchases.

1.5. The Company will aim to implement those limits or restrictions requested by a user within reasonable hours.

1.6. The Company encourages users to play only as a form of amusement and only if this is a personal choice of a user.

1.7. A user is encouraged to familiarize themselves with this Policy before registering for an account.

1.8. A user is encouraged not to register an account if the play interferes with a user's daily responsibilities, family, a person is affected by alcohol or any other substance, a person is dependent upon any computer games.

2. Control Tools

2.1. A user may request to be self-excluded from use of the Website.

2.2 Self-Exclusion would mean that a User initiates a limited access to the Website, which will result in restriction of access to the user account and creation of another account for a user.

2.3 To initiate self-exclusion a user is requested to send an email to support@crazywin.com with the subject line “Self-Exclusion” or select “Self-Exclusion” within the contact form on the Website.

2.4 A user's self-exclusion request shall include a user's full name, residence address and email address. Additional information may be requested by the Company to process a user's self-exclusion request.

2.5 The Company treats self-exclusion requests as confidential and does not disclose this.

2.6 Self-exclusion requests are processed by the Company immediately upon receipt from a user.

2.7 The Company guarantees to users that new user accounts from persons who have opted to self-exclude will not be permitted with the Website.

2.8 The Company will aim to stop any game-related communication with the user who is self-excluded.

2.9 The Company recommends users who self-exclude to unsubscribe from any media channels of the Company.

2.10 Throughout the time of self-exclusion a user's account will not be serviced and a user will not be given any opportunity to participate in competitions or win prizes.

2.11 The Company can exclude a user from the use of Website at its sole discretion in case user behaviour shows that a user may have a game play problem or disorder.

3. Types of self-exclusion requests

3.1 Definite Self-Exclusion allows one to choose a particular timeframe for the desired duration of self-exclusion or a particular type of game. The use of account will be reinstated after the chosen period elapses and the restriction will be lifted.

3.2 Indefinite Self-Exclusion which will result in blocking user account for an indefinite period of time. The user account will not be reinstated and in case a user requests a new account with the Website following 6 months after the request for indefinite self-exclusion, the Company will require a user to create a new account and may reject a user in opening an account at its sole discretion. Any requests for opening an account by a user who has submitted an indefinite self-exclusion request within 6 months, will be disregarded.

3.3 A person who is not registered with the Website may request the Company to be self-excluded pre-emptively by sending an email to support@crazywin.com and/or contacting the Company through the online contact form.

4. Changes to Self-Exclusion requests

4.1 Where a user contacts the Company to change any limits a user has set: (a) a request for an increase to a limitation will come into effect immediately; (b) a request to decrease or remove a financial limitation will be effective only after the lapse of 5 days from the date the Company receives the request; and (c) a request to decrease or remove a time limitation will come into effect only after the lapse of 5 days of our receipt of the request.

4.2 Where a user contacts the Company to make changes to a self-exclusion which is in effect: (a) a request for an increase of a self-exclusion will be effective immediately upon our receipt of the request; (b) a request for a decrease of a definite period of self-exclusion will be effective only after the lapse of 5 days from the date the Company receives the request; (c) a request to revoke a period of self-exclusion will be effective only after the lapse of 7 days from the date the Company receives the request to self-exclude for a definite period and after a lapse of three months from the date we receive the request to self-exclude for an indefinite period.

5. User account closure

A user may request the Company to close the account with the Website, in which case the Company will handle such request within reasonable time.

6. Self-assessment

6.1. The Company encourages users to pay attention to their behaviour while playing and assess themselves using the following questions:

(a) Do you often re-live gameplay experiences or think about future ones?

(b) Can you easily stop the game when your play time is over? Can you easily be interrupted by someone when you are playing?

(c) Can you commit to a game play break and stick to this commitment?

(d) When upset, do you soothe yourself with games or plans to game?

(e) How much time of your day does gameplay take? Are there any other alternative amusements that you enjoy as much as gameplay?

(f) Do you find ways to game when away from home?

(g) Do you set limits to your gameplay and then break them, playing hours longer than intended?

(h) Do you lose hours of sleep to gameplay?

(i) Does gameplay interrupt your daily routine?

(j) Have you called in sick or late to work or skipped classes to game?

(k) Have your hours spent playing online increased over time?

(l) Have you sworn off a game, uninstalled it, and later returned to it?

6.2. Destructive game play behaviour can be evidenced with a significant number of “yes” responses to the questions. Based on a user's self-assesment, the Company encourages users to contact support organizations.

6.3. The Company recommends users to contact the following support organizations. The Company is not associated with any of the organizations listed below. This list is not limited and a user may reach out to any other organizations or companies that can help with adverse gaming behaviour.

7. User protection

7.1. The Company is committed to keep minors away from the use of the Website. We encourage the implementation of parental control and supervision to keep children safe on the internet and use filtering software to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate online material, including the Website. We suggest the following is adhered to:

(a) Keep your username and password safe;

(b) Do not leave your computer or device unattended when logged in to your account;

(c) Do not use the “Remember Me” feature on a shared computer or device, especially if you share your computer or device with children;

(d) Take particular care regarding the use by minors of all electronic and mobile devices;

(e) Keep your bank cards and bank account details out of reach of children;

(f) Do not allow minors (under 21 years) to participate in any gameplay activity meant for adults (+21 years);

(g) Make use of filtering software to prevent your children from accessing inappropriate material online.
